Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate. All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

All content, trademarks, and materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to Fast Alt Text and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. Generated alt text is provided for your use and may be freely used, modified, and distributed by you.

8. AI-Generated Content

Alt text is generated using third-party AI models. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that generated descriptions will be error-free, complete, or suitable for all purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated alt text before use.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Alt Text is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fast Alt Text and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
